When you submit our consultation form, we collect your name, email, hotel name, and the qualifying details you provide (room count, PMS, current follow-up practices, timeline, goals).
We use this information solely to review your property and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or rent your details to anyone.
If you engage us for an audit or build, any guest data you share (such as CSV exports) is used only for your campaigns. It stays yours, is never shared or sold, and is deleted on request.
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics) to understand site traffic. These do not identify you personally.
