The audit is a one-time review of your post-stay guest follow-up: list size and consent check, current email practices, and a written report with prioritized recommendations. Delivered within 5 business days of receiving your completed intake and any requested data exports. The audit fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
The starter is a one-month engagement: one winback campaign built and launched, one welcome flow built and launched, and a 30-day email plan for your property. Requires your PMS guest export, brand assets (logo, photos), and one round of timely feedback. Timeline starts when we receive everything needed. Monthly work is billed upfront and is non-refundable once the month begins.
To do the work you will need to share: a guest data export from your PMS (we will tell you the format), access to your email platform or approval for us to set one up, your logo and brand photos, and sign-off on campaign copy within 3 business days of each draft.
We do our best work for every property, but email performance depends on your list quality, offer, seasonality, and market. We do not guarantee specific revenue, open rates, or booking numbers.
Guest data you share stays yours. We use it only for your campaigns, never share or sell it, and delete it on request when our work together ends.
